These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Wheeliz application ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Wheeliz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

Wheeliz is a decision-wheel application that lets you create customizable wheels, spin them, and keep a history of results. The app is provided for entertainment and personal decision-making purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Wheeliz. Some adult content (18+) is disabled by default and protected behind a dedicated setting; by enabling it you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wheeliz on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play Store.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its related systems;
• create wheels or content that are illegal, infringing, or harmful to others.

You are solely responsible for the content of the wheels you create and for any decisions you make based on the app's output.

5. Premium purchases and subscriptions

Wheeliz offers an optional "Premium" purchase/subscription that removes ads and unlocks certain features.

• Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or the Google Play Store and managed through RevenueCat. We never receive your payment card details.
• Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
• If Premium is offered as a subscription, it renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Purchases can be restored using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app's settings.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

6. Advertising

The free version of Wheeliz is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you acknowledge that ads will be displayed. Purchasing Premium removes ads. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, logos, and original content are owned by Wheeliz and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. Content you create within the app remains yours.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. Decisions made using Wheeliz are entirely your own responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wheeliz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. In the event of a significant change, the "last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
